Phase I
Find your Property: If you haven’t started your first vacation rental because you don’t have the time to find the property that meets your needs, leave the search to us. With our expert agents, we will look high and low to find the perfect property and location to get you started.
Phase II
Design your Property: Don’t have the time to furnish your property? We will develop a customized interior design theme, personally shop for the furniture tailored to your budget, and create a 3D floor plan that will show you the recommended placement for each major end item.
Phase III
Stage your Property: While you’re on vacation with your family, on a business trip, or catching up on rest we will do the labor for you. During this phase we will turn your vision into reality by bringing in our skilled team to build and place all the furniture.
Phase IV
Start your Business: We wouldn’t just leave you hanging. During this phase, we will develop a competitive marketing strategy and list your property on Airbnb. You will also learn best practices to add to your listing to draw more traffic and help establish business operations to obtain Superhost and Plus status.
